Administrative Assistant: (Part-Time Hourly Employee - Approx. 15-20 hrs.)

Reports to the Executive Director and Associate Director of statewide non-profit organization.  Must have working knowledge of constant contact; ability to update membership database; perform routine office duties, including but not exclusive to answering phones, preparing emails, scanning, faxing.  Responsible for preparing materials for board meetings; taking and typing of minutes and distribution of minutes to the Board of Directors; scheduling conference calls/webinars.
